Crown Reset
In this targeted sound therapy session, specialized tuning forks are moved gently around your head and neck to locate and clear areas of stress and energetic tension. A crown reset helps quite a racing mind and restore a sense of mental clarity and peace.

In-person Sessions- Payment is due at the start of the session via cash/card or in advance when scheduling.
Distance Sessions- Payment is due at the time of booking to hold your appointment.
Location:
Distance Sessions- These sessions take place over the phone and allow you to stay in the comfort of your own home. While lying on your bed or somewhere comfy I will guide you through the session and explain what I am noticing in your biofield.
In-person Sessions- Sessions will take place at Calming Grounds (3866 Johns Street, Madison, WI 53714).
Scheduling:
Select the service you would like to book and then follow the prompts on the screen to schedule a session.
Within 24 hours of booking you will receive an email or text message with more information on what to expect, your session time and selection, as well as an intake form for first time guests.

Life happens! If you need to make a change, please reach out at least 48 hours before your session. Appointments canceled after that time will be charged in full.
