Adrenal Rhythm Reset
An Adrenal Rhythm Reset helps people stuck in “fight or flight” return to a neutral state. For people experiencing anxiety or burnout this session can be beneficial. Sometimes people don’t even realize the constant anxiety they carry until after the relief from the reset. Adrenal Rhythm Resets are extremely impactful and even life changing for some individuals.
An Adrenal Rhythm Reset can only be scheduled after 3 standard sessions.
Investment:
$95
In-person Sessions- Payment is due at the start of the session via cash/card or in advance through the “Online Payment” option.
Distance Sessions- Payment is due at the time of booking to hold your appointment. Use the “Online Payment” tab to submit your payment.
Location:
In-person Sessions- Sessions will take place at Calming Grounds (3866 Johns Street, Madison, WI 53714).
Distance Sessions- These sessions take place over the phone and allow you to stay in the comfort of your own home. While you are laying on your bed or somewhere comfy I will guide you through the session and explain what I am noticing in your field.
Scheduling:
Select the service you would like to book and then follow the prompts on the screen to schedule a session.
Details:
Within 24 hours of booking you will receive an email or text message with more information on what to expect, your session time and selection, as well as an intake form for first time guests.
Cancellations:
Life happens! If you need to make a change, please reach out at least 48 hours before your session. Appointments canceled after that time will be charged in full.
